Especially In uncertain, difficult times, Mindfulness practice helps down-regulate your stress response so you can respond to challenges with calm and focus.  Mindfulness is easy, but developing a regular practice with an experienced teacher and the structure of a group makes all the difference in actually practicing it in functional way day to day. 

Audrey's structured, science-based classes include:
* 25 two-hour Instructional & Practice Sessions, once per week. in-person or on Zoom.
*  Printed handouts for home Study and links to applicable online material
*  40 Guided meditations for home use
*  Class textbook sent via Amazon
*  E-mail Access to Audrey Walzer for questions and guidance. Audrey has taught thousands of people from all walks of life the tools of Mindfulness Meditation to stress less and enjoy life more!
