Especially In uncertain, difficult times, Mindfulness practice helps down-regulate your stress response so you can respond to challenges with calm and focus.  Mindfulness is easy, but developing a regular practice with an experienced teacher and the structure of a group makes all the difference in actually practicing it in functional way day to day. 

This class takes places in the lovely garden setting of Hartley Botanica, located in Somis, California. Join Audrey, live in person (and socially-distanced) in a lush garden setting with plenty of room for all. A weekly mini-retreat!

Audrey's structured, science-based classes include:
* 10 two-hour Instructional & Practice Sessions, once per week in an online group
*  2 Textbooks for Home Study, handouts and links to applicable online material (sent after registration)
*  40 Guided meditations for home use
*  E-mail Access to Audrey Walzer for questions and guidance. Audrey has taught thousands of people from all walks of life the tools of Mindfulness Meditation to stress less and enjoy life more!
