Functional Yoga 1 (studio)

No yoga experience required for this Functional yoga studio class with Audrey Walzer, "Ventura County's Best" Yoga teacher for the last 12 years and recommended by medical professionals.  Learn about your body to balance strength and flexibiity. Mitigate the effects of aging, computer use, athletics to enjoy all the activities you love.  Learn to breathing practices to reduce stress and strengthen your core. 

PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS to set up, so we can begin on time. Tell the instructor about any physical conditions or injuries.
