Intermediate practice and instruction for students who are thoroughly familiar with Functional Yoga methodology, alignment and breathing. We highly recommend that students new to yoga begin in Yoga 1 or participate in Audrey’s Yoga Fundamentals workshop before attending this level, to develop a safe, educated practice, even if you are athletic. These classes incorporates “vinyasa,” the linking of sequences of movements, building body awareness, whole body strength and stamina. Basic inversions are included. 

Suggested Personal Equipment: (Click here for where to buy props.)
  • Yoga Mat, 
  • 2 Sturdy 4” yoga blocks, 
  • yoga or luggage strap, 
  • yoga blanket or beach towel, 
  • yoga therapy balls (small and larger yoga balls available from CYC or online)
  • foam roller.
