Functional Yoga Beginners Series

This series introduces the basics of functional breathing, healthy posture on the mat and in daily life, fascial release and stretching, strengthening and balance for adults of all ages.

Begin your practice with Audrey, a teacher who gives personal attention to each student. 

 

Please Note: Class passes and gift certificates from Camarillo-Somis Yoga are not valid for these classes.   This class series requires registration at Pleasant Valley Parks & Recreation. Fees vary depending on your location.
