For adults newer to Camarillo Yoga, who have no current injuries, and for Yoga 2 students who want to deepen an understanding of yoga fundamentals, and enjoy practicing outside. Teachers adjust to fit the needs of the group, with  practices including standing postures, core and upper body strengthening. Each class concludes with time to deeply relax and quiet the mind.

Suggested Personal Equipment: (Click here for where to buy props.)
  • Yoga Mat. 
  • 2 Sturdy 4” yoga blocks. 
  • Yoga strap or bathrobe belt
  • Yoga blanket or beach towel.
