Intermediate practice and instruction for students who are thoroughly familiar with Functional Yoga methodology, alignment and breathing. We highly recommend that students new to yoga begin in Yoga 1 or participate in Audrey’s Yoga Fundamentals workshop before attending this level, to develop a safe, educated practice, even if you are athletic.
These classes incorporates “vinyasa,” the linking of sequences of movements, building body awareness, whole body strength and stamina. Basic inversions are included.
