Intermediate practice and instruction for students who thoroughly familiar with Functional Yoga methodology, alignment and breathing. We highly recommend that students new to yoga begin in Yoga 1 or participate in Audrey’s Yoga Fundamentals workshop before attending this level, to develop a safe, educated practice, even if you are athletic.
This class starts with “Vinyasa” (linking sequences of movements) and ends using Restorative yoga and meditation to transition from work, and recharge for the weekend.
