Yoga 1: Adults learn the fundamentals of our Functional Yoga method, even if super athletic or have practiced yoga previously. Thorough instruction in postural alignment and core-supported breathing form the foundation of practices which balance range of motion and strength, and develop body awareness. Each class concludes with time to deeply relax and quiet the mind.
If you are an older senior, or someone with especially limited mobility, you may wish to join our Ultra Gentle classes, which are held Tuesday at 10:30 am and Friday at 12:30 pm. Please see our calendar for details.
